AI. It’s been a part of our lives for decades, but with the emergence of Generative AI, technology has changed immensely. You know how in movies they show an art student and they start with a blank page, then add a few scribbles, and then seconds later they have this amazing, completed piece? It doesn’t even look believable, but it’s still fun to watch and see what they create. Well, today with a simple piece of software and a few swift keystrokes, we can tell an Artificial Intelligence to create almost anything. 

I am by no means a productivity expert—just someone who, like many of you, tries my best to stay on track every single day. Let’s be honest, not always successfully! But through trial, error, and experience, I've figured out the key habits that help me get the most out of my days.

Hair—it’s the one accessory you can’t take off (well, unless you’re rocking a wig). Whether it’s curly, straight, long, short, or fabulously bald, your hair is a unique part of you. But loving it? That can be tricky. Trust me, as someone who has wrestled with my own coily locks, I know the struggle is real.
